How the process works

Navigating Portuguese immigration requirements shouldn't mean facing bureaucratic paralysis. We provide a full-circle RCMP fingerprinting and apostille service tailored for Canadians across northern and central Portugal, managing every step so your documents are ready on schedule.

Step 1: Mobile fingerprinting at your door

We bring our mobile fingerprinting service directly to your location, covering areas from Vila do Conde and Porto as far south as Coimbra and across northern Portugal. Before we meet, we provide all required intake forms so you can review them in advance. During our quick session, we capture your certified fingerprints and verify all identity details to ensure zero administrative errors.

Step 2: Canadian submission and secure courier transit

Immediately after capture, we dispatch your records to our accredited Canadian partner. We handle all international courier logistics to and from Canada, protecting you completely from lost mail, customs delays, and the dreaded 90-day validity race. Your submission is directed straight into the RCMP criminal record check system following the strict order of operations required by official bodies.

Step 3: Official apostille and direct return delivery

Once the RCMP issues your background check certificate, our partner in Canada submits it directly for the official apostille under the Hague Convention. Within approximately 7 weeks from your initial scan, your fully certified, apostilled document is returned to you in Portugal—ready for your AIMA or IRN appointment with complete peace of mind, all for our all-inclusive price of €495.
